2nd xmas
on monday i went to the post office to see if i had any post and i got 3 parcels, wooooop, how happy was i? very. so thanks to emma, emma and my dad for giving me a second xmas day. we went for lunch and i opened them all
me after my visit to the post office
in other news, it snowed 39cm overnight so we went up boarding today obviously. they opened up the runs at the top of the bear chair as soon as we got of it so there was a lot of untouched deep powder up there it was chaos with everyone falling all over the place, its so much harder to ride in powder than it looks, totaly different from groomed runs. anyway, here's a vid of me making my way through some of the deep stuff, you have to try and glide over the top of the powder otherwise you stop and sink and its a nighmare to get back up again

feel sick now watching you in that lovely Fernie pow pow.... but you'll be riding that like a pro by the end of the season (although it looks like you're pretty great already, it has to be said!)
Lean back and speed up. That's what everyone used to tell me! I, of course, ignored them and fell over a lot.
Oh well, at least somebody gets to enjoy it! Glad you're still having a great time and keep it up with the blogging - we love reading all about your adventures!
Oh, and a belated Happy New Year and all that malarky.
How rude of me to forget!
